3. Services
We provide commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Office cleaning
- B&B, Air BnB, and hotel cleaning
- Construction site cleaning
- New build and end of tenancy cleaning
- Hospitality, retail, and healthcare facility cleaning
- Coverage services (sickness, maternity, absence, emergency)
Service specifications will be detailed in written quotes and service agreements.
4. Quotes and Agreements
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on:
- Actual service requirements
- Property size and condition
- Frequency and scope of services
- Additional services requested
A formal service agreement will be provided before commencement of services, outlining terms, pricing, schedule, and responsibilities.
5. Pricing and Payment
Payment terms:
- Invoices are issued monthly or as per agreed schedule
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payment may incur interest charges at 8% per annum above Bank of England base rate (as permitted under UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013)
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide safe and accessible work areas
- Ensure adequate lighting and utilities
- Notify us of any hazards or special requirements
- Secure valuable items and sensitive information
- Provide necessary access codes, keys, or security arrangements
- Comply with health and safety requirements
7. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Provide services with reasonable care and skill
- Use appropriately trained and insured staff
- Comply with all applicable UK health and safety regulations
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Respect client property and confidentiality
- Provide replacement cover when staff are unavailable
8. Cancellation and Termination
By Client:
- Regular services: 30 days written notice required
- One-off services: Cancellation 48 hours before service incurs 50% charge
- Same-day cancellations: Full charge applies
By Us:
- We may terminate with 30 days written notice
- Immediate termination for non-payment, breach of terms, or safety concerns
9. Liability and Insurance
We maintain public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance as required by UK law. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of services provided in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint:
- Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
- We will investigate and respond within 5 working days
- If unresolved, we will work with you to find a solution
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts, or you may use alternative dispute resolution services.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or industrial action.

13. Changes to Terms
